worked out at 530. drank half a gallon. I had my smoothie for breakfast..... my tip of the day is if you have a headache after a workout i can usually calm them down with a hot shower my heating pack and my fuzzy socks ;)

worked out 30/30. half a gallon. dinner ate talapia and veggies. my tip of the day is too drink lemon water in the morning to help with wieght lost.

Today I drank a little over a gallon i cant make it to a full gallon because then i feel water bloated. For lunch i had a tuna salad. and i did 530 kickboxing. My tip of the day: Be confident in who you are and love your own skin. Even if your not where you want to be yet you always need to love yourself to succeed <3 gn ladies

I almost forgot to post !! I did 5:30 kickboxing for water a little over a gallon. For my meal i made Spaghetti squash and for my tip : if your going to make this do not get a big thick squash lol It was hard to cut it open but so worth it.

My breakfast everything low fat. 530 with Cheri. Half a gallon of water. And if you have a job where you sit all day then you def need to do something active atleast an hour a day.

I lost my focus for a bit my heart and mind needed a rest but I restarted the challenge today. My water intake was 3 large smart waters, my work out was 530 kickboxing and my meal for the morning was my smoothie. My advice for today is .... Don’t give up I almost did and I realized the gym is where I let all the bad things go.

no pictures today i was really busy but I worked out with Cheri at 530 for my water half a gallon and food I cooked up some chicken with spinich for dinner ..... and my tip for today is GET ENOUGH SLEEP lol gn guys. your all doing amazziinnng !!!

I personally dont like coffee at all but like everyone else I needed a pick me up every morning and Matcha does the trick. Not only does it give you energy it also boots metabolism and burns calories, while enhancing your mood and aiding in your consentration. I can go on and on but I will leave it for another day 😘

I drank 3 16oz water bottles and I 16oz of green tea with ginger and for my daily tip Dont skip breakfast .... I sometimes do but it really does make a difference.
