Some days i cant temember if Im packing or unpacking. We were gone for 4 days home for 2 than off again . This can be tough when trying to lose weight I packed my gym clothes and shoes along with my walking shoes while staying at my sons I got my walk on and at the hotel I used the gym. i made sure i drank lots of water and although we had to eat out i made the best choices abailable. I may not lose this week but i worked hard and did my best. life can be challenging but we can always do our personal best

This has been a challenging week. I have been a little low on consuming enough water. but because i have a great workout partner i have stayed on track with my workouts. we did our 45 minutes at the gym and i got my 3 mile walk in. I have been adding 60 second sprints in. I had a couple of weak moments with food but trying to stay on track. hoping for a new outlook next week

Thanks to my workout buddy we got an early start at gym with legs and abs got my 3 miles in Egg turkey sandwich and bowl of whole beans Hours working booth at merry main street so got some serious feet time Over 18000 steps today That is as much as a day in disneyland On busy days be sure to plan your meals so you dont just go hungry

oh today was busy but my workout buddy got me going early i ended up logging over 15000 steps today and for 3 hours i was in car traveling got my water and did well with food for a travel day

today was baking day for thanksgiving i made rolls, salted carsmel pecan chocolate pie and a pumpkin cheesecake trifle i think not snacking today was harder than thanksving i made sure i got my exercise in first 3 mile walk and abs and arms kept my water close by so i drank often whenever i felt like taking a taste a trick i learned years ago is put water in the bowl in the sink to keep temptation to taste test i did eat one gingersnao and one oreo but i preoared an awesome chucken asparagus broccoli pesto dinner so i could look forward to that everything is now packed up for riad trip tomorrow so temptations out of sight

today i made spaghetti squash with homemade spaghetti sauce my husband actually loved it got 10000 steps and got back on track with water

Had to travel to Gilbert today for a medical procedure but got my 45 minute gym work out and 3 mile walk in before we left had bare naked granola for breakfast, grilled chicken with broccoli ans sweet potato for lunch, did chicken fajita pita from jack in box on way home got 88 ounces of water tip: i briught some almonds for snacks while riding in car long hours in car makes yiu want to snack nice to have preplanned something

soent 45 minutes at gym tiday doing legs and abs did 3 mile outdoor walk egg and fruit fir breskfast, chucken salad for lunch, tuna for dinner had a banana and almonds for snack drank a gallon of water whew welcome home from disneyland

day 5 and final day in Disney its late and the pictures are terrible made good choices like pineapple spear instead of dole whip Havent been to Tom Sawyer Island like in 30 years but lots of caves to explore, stairs to climb and bridges to traverse do it with a 4 year old and you get your aerobic workout too

besides the 10 miles we covered today 30 minutes on the cargo nets were quite the cardio and leg workout

i have found whether walking around disneyland or doing housework wearing my athletic shoes keeps me moving and thinking about exercise

so walked my 5 miles drank my water, dud abs workout and ate healthy meals fir the most part i gave in to sharing a disney carmel apple it has lots of fiber right?
