Great zumba workout this morning!, came home and ate 1/2 avocado with toast and an egg. Half way through the day and half way through my water!

Had to go back to work tonight for the week...so i did not work out (its my one day off a week) my challege is that throughout the night i am trying not to eat all night (like i like to, to stay awake) so far so good! 😁 snacks that i brought was almonds and veggies. Water intake was 96oz

Day 4: good choice for the day was.....i work nights and was placed on call. Ibwas taking today off from working out but when placed on call i decided to go to the gym! Did a 5k walk/run. Had oatmeal this am, salad for lunch and fruit and almonds for snacks. 96 oz of water done!

Oatmeal this morning with fruit, lunch was another steak salad and dinner was rotissure chicken with veggies!
