11/22 1-waffle, pizza, enchilada salad. didnt eat awesome and didnt get my water in :/ 2- my advice is to keep going!

1-drank 106 ounces 2- ran 4 miles 3- protein shake, salad, french dip 4- instead of putting salad dressing on your salad, dip your fork in the dressing then get salad with the fork. you use a lot let dressing that way.

1-106 ounces of water 2- turbo jam and .25 walking 3- protein shake, lettice wrapped hamburger, pizza 4- working out earlier in the day results in higher metabolism through out the day

1-drank 107 ounces of water 2-did step aerobics 3-protein shake, salad, tilapia with zucchini 4- listen to your body and rest when needed!

Yoga, protein shake, lettuce wrapped hamburger, fiesta chicken salad, got my water in. my tip is if you are struggling, push through it and write an uplifting quote on your mirror ..something that will help you keep going!

breakfast was a shake, this was lunch and it di dhave avocado and tomatoes but i had a little one thst i had go race to get some. dinner was coconut flour chicken with carrot fries.
