Breakfast- Oats, toast with almond butter.... Lunch- Shrimp with vegetables... Snack- Tangerine.... Dinner- caldo de Pollo.... Water intake-1 gallon of water. Did pyio class at the gym.

Breakfast- Oats with green apple, 2 water bottles down... Lunch- chicken apple walnut salad and 2 more water bottles... snack- red apple... Dinner- baked chicken with mixed spring salad 2 more water bottles and counting.. Did kickboxing class today at the gym for 45 min.
